These terms apply to all users of habbar.com. By using the site, you agree to them.

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. The following is prohibited:

2. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, images, designs, and creative works — is owned by Habbar, or by clients for whom we produced the work and who have permitted its display. To be clear:

• Work that carries the Habbar name (philosophies, publications, internal content) — owned by us.
• Work produced for clients (campaigns such as Saudi Spirit, Ninja delivers, Burgan never ends, and others) — owned by them, and displayed here within the context of our portfolio, with their permission.

None of this work may be republished or used commercially without prior written permission.

Content on this site is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We are not liable for:

• Information that may have changed after publication.
• Direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the site.
• Content of external sites linked from ours.
