Habbar Creative House

Last updated: 7 July 2025
In short: Creativity is for everyone — and so is our site. We commit to WCAG 2.1 AA: clear color contrast, full keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility. Plus a small surprise called "Al-Sawma'a." If you hit any obstacle, tell us, and we'll fix it.
1. Our commitment
We work to align the site with the international WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards at level AA. This means:
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background.
- Full keyboard navigation, with no need for a mouse.
- Compatibility with major screen readers.
- Alternative text for every image that carries information.
- Clear semantic structure (headings, landmarks) that aids navigation.
2. Al-Sawma'a
"Al-Sawma'a" (the Sanctuary) is a feature unique to habbar.com: a sound space that lets you listen to ambient audio for focus, or play site content audibly if you'd rather hear than read. It's not just an accessibility tool — it's our way of saying that the site isn't read with the eye alone.
3. Current limitations
We're in continuous improvement. We acknowledge that some visual creative content may not yet be fully accessible to every user, and we're addressing this gradually.
4. Hit a barrier?
If you encounter any obstacle accessing site content, tell us right away. This is the most important kind of report we receive, and we treat it as a priority: hello@habbar.com
In your message, include:
- The page where you encountered the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
- The device or software you're using (if possible).
5. Continuous review
Accessibility isn't a goal we reach once — it's an ongoing practice. We review this page regularly and update it whenever we develop the site.
